Laboratory testing is performed by an independent laboratory and will be covered by your insurance plan. What To Expect

1. Schedule Your Appointment
Contact us by phone, email or through our online appointment request form. We'll help you schedule a convenient time and location for your collection.

2. Submit Your Lab Order
Upload your physician's laboratory order through our secure form or send it to us before your appointment. This helps ensure we have everything needed for your collection.

3. We Come To You
I will arrive at your home, office, assisted living facility, nursing home or other approved location at the scheduled time.

4. Specimen Collection
Your specimen(s) will be collected safely and professionally with a focus on comfort, accuracy and patient care. We specialize in difficult sticks and rolling veins.

5. Secure Specimen Delivery
Your specimen(s) will be properly labeled, handled and transported to the designated laboratory in accordance with laboratory requirements and industry standards.

6. Results Through Your Provider
Laboratory results are sent directly to your ordering provider. Please contact your healthcare provider or laboratory for questions regarding test results.
